Clients Rights and Responsibilities
Clients will be treated courteously, with respect and dignity.
All services delivered are voluntary.
Clients may refuse any services offered.
Clients have the right to participate in decisions regarding their service.
Clients will treat staff and others politely, with respect and dignity.
Clients will comply with BFL rules, policies and requests.
In order for BFL to continue to provide services, it is requested that clients be sober and drug free while receiving services and that clients attend appointments consistently.
Clients who have a concern or complaint about the service should speak to the employee involved, or call the supervisor/manager who may be reached at 604-659-2200.
