Our Family Life Education programs encourage individuals, parents and families to develop healthy and caring relationships by providing education and support.
We provide a variety of education and support programs for individuals and parents to create healthy and supportive environments for themselves and their families.

ANGER MANAGEMENT FOR MEN, UNDERSTANDING YOUR ANGER
Thursdays starting April 10, 8 sessions in total

A group for men who want to gain an understanding of the causes and effects of their anger. The group helps develop skills to identify and better manage triggers and stress, and how to express emotions in a safe manner.

In these sessions, you'll gain invaluable insights into cultivating life-long skills and positive habits for your preschool and elementary school-aged children. The discussions will cover a wide range of themes. Free child care available for children 18 months to 10 years with pre-registration. Snacks and bus tickets are also available.

Join us for this program to explore the world together with your children through science experiments, baking, creative reading and writing, music and movement. Suitable for children 2-6 years of age. Parents must attend with child.

Come and meet other immigrant women who share similar experiences. Learn about community resources while sharing your stories in a safe and supportive environment. Free child care available for children 18 months to 10 years with pre-registration. Snacks and bus tickets are also available.
