Services currently provided: Purpose Rent Banks offer low-fee, no interest, short-term loans to low to moderate-income individuals and families that live in or are moving to any one of these four cities and are at risk of eviction or essential utility disconnection due to a temporary and unexpected financial crisis. The Purpose Rent Banks also offer assistance with damage deposits, pet deposits and first month’s rent for low to moderate-income individuals and families living in or moving to New Westminster, Burnaby, Maple Ridge or Pitt Meadows.
